San Antonio Quail Forever Mission Statement

The San Antonio Chapter of Quail Forever is dedicated to the conservation of wild quail and other wildlife through habitat improvements, public awareness, education, and land management policies and programs.

San Antonio Quail Forever Goals

1. Provide our members with the opportunity to learn about quail habitat and restoration from community leaders and wildlife officials.
2. Create educational programs for all ages and provide them with the opportunity to experience what hunting and conservation is in the great outdoors.
3. Raise funds for local/regional conservation efforts while, at the same time, meeting and making new friends with similar goals and interests.

Long-Term Goals:

1. Establish programs designed to subsidize habitat management projects for our chapter to be used for public education hunting areas.
2. Increase public hunting opportunity for wild quail around the San Antonio area through leases and/or land purchase(s).
3. Create and grow a perpetual scholarship fund to aid South Texas Bobwhite Brigade cadets and graduate & undergraduate students who plan on pursuing studies that coincide with Quail Forever's goals.
4. Collaborate with and support organizations that share similar goals to Quail Forever.
